When I copy to disk, I get the following error message:  Windows - Drive Not Ready
Below this in he box is a red emblem with a white X. The message is: Exception Processing Message c00000a3 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 756bf7c 75b6bf7c And below this message are the option boxes: Cancel Try Again Continue No matter which option I select, the box disappears for a few seconds and returns with the "attention" sound. I am usually able to to complete the copying, but occasionally the file will freeze up when I attempt to work with the data. I cannot close the message box. Does anyone know what the problem is and how I can correct it?
